MIX & MATCH REJUVENATION PACKAGE
Coordinated Multi-Laser Treatment for Pigment, Redness, Texture & Skin Aging
Most patients seeking cosmetic laser treatment do not have just one skin concern. Sun damage, uneven pigmentation, facial redness, visible blood vessels, fine lines, enlarged pores, acne scarring, and textural changes frequently occur together and may involve different structures and depths within the skin.
No single laser wavelength or technology is ideal for all of these changes.
The Mix & Match Rejuvenation Package allows different Class IV medical laser technologies to be selected and combined throughout a treatment series according to what the skin actually needs. Treatment may address pigment, vascular changes, and skin texture separately or during the same treatment plan, rather than attempting to treat every concern with one device.
At International Vein & Skin Institute (IVSI), all laser treatments are personally performed by Jozef Tryzno, MD, with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in laser medicine. Laser selection, treatment depth, energy settings, and combinations can be adjusted from one session to the next according to clinical findings, healing, and treatment response.
WHAT IS THE MIX & MATCH REJUVENATION PACKAGE?
The Mix & Match Rejuvenation Package is a multi-session cosmetic laser treatment program designed to provide flexibility across different laser technologies rather than committing the patient to a single device or procedure.
Skin changes during a treatment series. Pigmentation may improve while vascular redness becomes more apparent. Texture may become the next priority after pigment has been reduced. One area may require a different wavelength or treatment depth than another.
The program allows treatment to evolve accordingly.
Depending on the patient's skin and response, Dr. Tryzno may:
- Use different laser technologies during different sessions
- Combine more than one laser approach when appropriate
- Treat pigmentation, vascular changes, and texture at different depths
- Adjust treatment intensity as the skin heals and responds
- Shift treatment priorities as individual concerns improve
The goal is not to complete a predetermined sequence of procedures, but to use the most appropriate treatment at each stage of the series.
CONDITIONS COMMONLY ADDRESSED
Depending on clinical evaluation, treatment may address a combination of:
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Uneven skin texture and enlarged pores
- Acne scarring
- Sun spots and uneven pigmentation
- Sun-damaged skin
- Selected residual pigmentation associated with melasma
- Facial redness and rosacea-related vascular changes
- Broken capillaries and facial spider veins
- Larger visible facial vessels
Not every concern is treated during every session, and not every patient requires every technology.
LASER TECHNOLOGIES USED WITHIN THE PROGRAM
The Mix & Match Rejuvenation Package provides access to different Class IV medical laser technologies, allowing treatment to be selected according to the specific skin changes being addressed.
PICOSURE™ — PIGMENT & NON-ABLATIVE REMODELING
PicoSure may be used with flat optics or the Focus™ Lens Array depending on the treatment goal.
- Flat optics for discrete sun spots, freckles, and concentrated pigmentation
- Focus™ for broader or deeper pigmentary changes
- Non-ablative remodeling for texture, fine lines, enlarged pores, and acne scarring
PIXEL Er:YAG 2940 NM — FRACTIONAL RESURFACING
Fractional Er:YAG treatment may be incorporated when greater improvement in surface texture, fine lines, sun-related changes, or acne scarring is desired.
Treatment depth and intensity can be adjusted and may be progressively increased during subsequent treatments according to healing and skin response.
PULSED DYE LASER (PDL) — VASCULAR REDNESS
PDL may be used for:
- Diffuse facial redness
- Rosacea-related vascular redness
- Broken capillaries and facial spider veins
- Post-acne redness
Nd:YAG 1064 NM — DEEPER VISIBLE VESSELS
Nd:YAG may be selected for larger or deeper facial blood vessels that require greater penetration than superficial vascular treatment.
CYNERGY MULTIPLEX™ — COMBINED VASCULAR TREATMENT
Cynergy MultiPlex™ allows sequential use of PDL and Nd:YAG wavelengths when the vascular pattern includes both superficial and deeper vessels.
Not every technology is used during every treatment series. The advantage of the program is the ability to choose rather than the requirement to use them all.
TREATMENT AREAS
Treatment may include:
- Face
- Neck
- Décolleté / upper chest
Different areas do not necessarily receive the same treatment. Laser technology and treatment intensity can be adjusted according to the skin characteristics and concerns present in each area.
A TREATMENT SERIES THAT EVOLVES WITH THE SKIN
The Mix & Match approach is structured around a series of treatments rather than isolated procedures.
Improvement is progressive. After each session, the skin response helps determine what should be addressed next. A treatment series may therefore begin with one priority and evolve as pigmentation, redness, or texture improves.
This allows Dr. Tryzno to adjust:
- Which laser is used
- Which concern is prioritized
- Treatment depth and intensity
- Whether technologies are used individually or combined
- The interval between treatments
The objective is progressive improvement while preserving healthy skin and allowing appropriate recovery between treatments.
PHYSICIAN-PERFORMED MULTI-LASER TREATMENT
All treatments within the Mix & Match Rejuvenation Package are personally performed by Jozef Tryzno, MD, using Class IV medical laser technologies.
Because treatment is not delegated to a technician or restricted to a single device protocol, laser wavelength, treatment depth, energy settings, and combinations can be selected and adjusted according to the skin findings and response observed during the treatment series.
This flexibility is the foundation of the Mix & Match approach at IVSI.
Schedule a Cosmetic Laser Consultation
A cosmetic laser consultation can identify the different components of pigmentation, vascular change, texture, and skin aging and determine whether a coordinated multi-laser treatment series is appropriate.
