About International Vein & Skin Institute
A Medical Practice Dedicated to Vein and Skin Care
International Vein & Skin Institute (IVSI) is a private medical practice providing evaluation and treatment of varicose veins, chronic venous insufficiency, and a broad range of medical and surgical dermatologic conditions.
Founded in 1998 by Jozef Tryzno, MD, IVSI has remained a focused, single-physician practice centered on in-office vein and skin procedures. The practice has grown steadily over time through long-term patient care rather than expansion into multi-provider or high-volume models.
IVSI serves patients from Park Ridge, Chicago, and surrounding Illinois suburbs.

Care Delivery
Patients seek care at IVSI for a wide range of concerns, from chronic vein disease and skin conditions to the urgent removal of inflamed cysts or bleeding skin growths. When medically appropriate, same-day procedures may be offered based on clinical need and scheduling availability.
Technology and In-Office Procedures
IVSI incorporates diagnostic and procedural technologies that support accurate evaluation and in-office treatment. These include enhanced examination of pigmented lesions, laser-assisted skin surgery, minimally invasive treatment of venous disease, and dermatologic laser procedures performed in a controlled clinical environment.
Patient Safety
Patient safety is a priority at International Vein & Skin Institute. Examination and procedure rooms follow medical-grade cleaning and infection-control protocols. UVC germicidal lighting is used between patients to support air and surface disinfection.
Clinical Experience
Since establishing the practice in 1998, Dr. Tryzno has focused on conditions that benefit from procedural evaluation and treatment. His long-standing clinical experience in dermatologic surgery and venous disease allows patients to receive continuity of care from evaluation through treatment and follow-up.
